Welcome to Fatigued Mama LLC! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All orders must be received by 11:59 PM CST each Thursday to be fulfilled for the upcoming weekend. Standard pickup day is Sunday, unless alternate arrangements have been made and confirmed via email. Late orders may not be accommodated.

We accept online orders only through our official website. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Fatigued Mama LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Health. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens, including but not limited to: dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, or wheat. Customers with severe allergies should proceed with caution.

All content on this site—including photos, text, logos, recipes, and branding—are the exclusive property of Fatigued Mama LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or used without prior written consent.

Fatigued Mama LLC is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the consumption or misuse of our products. All items are prepared to the best of our ability using safe handling practices. By purchasing, you agree to accept all risk associated with our homemade goods.

You agree not to use our website or social media channels to engage in unlawful activity, harassment, hate speech, spamming, or promotion of outside products. We reserve the right to remove comments and block users at our discretion to maintain a safe and respectful community.

Fatigued Mama LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
